All items are guaranteed to be in the condition stated.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt 
You'll be fully refunded except for shipping charges, in compliance with the Italian Law art. 5 D. Leg 22 May 1999, n. 185, direttiva 97/7/CE

The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will then issue a refund or exchange the item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel via a traceable means.
